Our fulfillment and shipping times will be longer than usual, and may continue to increase until things get back to normal. The entire industry is grappling with challenges and we're seeing delays across all supply chains, including distributors and shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, DHL and FedEx) because of high volume and measures to keep their people and communities safe.
We're seeing improvements in shipping times these are short-term delays. As we work to improve time in transit with our vendor, we thank you for your patience.
Remember to take care of your own health. Check the guidelines and current updates from the World Health Organization and Center of Disease and Control Prevention for staying safe during the pandemic.

We take about 2–7 business days to create apparel products (t-shirts, etc.) and 2–5 business days for non-apparel products (posters, etc.). Then you should add shipping times on top of that. Speed and price depends on product type and destination. 97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.
For our Limited Edition collection orders take up to 10 business days to create for apparel along with shipping. Our varsity jacket orders take longer due to custom orders on demand for each jacket which can take up to 4 to 6 weeks for production then allow up to 3 to 5 business days for shipping. Please note "Final sale please read fitting details." No refunds or store credits will be issued for sale or discounted items for the Varisty Jacket.

Please note that shipping speeds are based on carrier transit times and do not include the time it takes to handle and pack a shipment. All shipping requires production time of processing prior to being shipped from the warehouse.
Respect the Tap offers free standard shipping for all orders over $100*.
- Once your order has been placed and processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your order number, your shipping address and order summary. Please keep this e-mail for your records – it contains your order number.
- If any items in your order become out of stock, we will immediately notify you via email and present you with the best available options.
- The delivery dates may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, and the items you order.
- Some of our products may be delivered in separate packages. If you don’t receive your entire order in one delivery, rest assured that the missing items will be delivered in no more than one day apart.

Expedited Shipping options are not available for orders to Hawaii, Alaska, US Territories and Military APO/FPO addresses. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.

EXCHANGE, RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
All our Respect the Tap apparel and accessories undergoes serious testing and every single product is carefully selected before it reaches you. If, however, you received an unlucky product rest assured we've got you covered with a 30-day money-back guarantee. We are committed to providing you with the absolute best products, and are happy to replace your order if it is within our policy guidelines.
To be eligible for a return you simply have to provide the proof of purchase and send back your item in its original packaging.

All Respect the Tap products are fulfilled automatically once you submit the orders online. If, however, you have ordered the wrong size rest assured all Exchanges are FREE of charge.
Acceptable reasons for exchange are the following:
- Wrong Size
- Wrong Color
- The print quality is poor
Eligibility for Exchange:
- We can only accept apparel exchanges for a different size, in the same style this and color that was originally ordered.
- You may exchange apparel items, unworn, unused, and unwashed, for a different size within 7 days of the delivery date.
- We do not exchange posters, hats, cell phone cases, or other non-apparel products.
- Only one exchange is allowed for each item ordered.
Returns and Refunds
For Returns and Refunds, all you have to do is send the product back to us and we’ll refund your full purchase. Customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping rates. Please allow 3-5 business days after your return is received for a refund to appear. Any unauthorized returns, or returns of items that are washed, worn, or damaged will not be eligible for a refund or replacement, and the item will be forfeited.
