TITLE FIGHT WITHOUT THE BELT!

CHALLENGE ACCEPTED!
Big fan of Max Holloway but he has a huge challenge ahead of him with Calvin Kattar this weekend coming up.

Let's start with where have they been in the last 2 years. We have Max Holloway who fought twice in 2020 and lost. Before that, he fought twice in 2019 and lost one out of 2 fights that year. His opponent Calvin Kattar fought twice 2020 and won both fights. His most impressive KO was in the Jeremy Stephenson fight. The sound of that elbow on the chin of Stevenson was amazing! Katar has a hard right hand that Max needs to keep an eye out for. Calvin Kattar does possess great boxing skills with combinations to the body that will drop anyone.

Max Holloway a true warrior with a fighting spirit to match. He is coming off 2 losses in 2020, I am sure he is hungry for that win. Holloway is a patient fighter, uses his range well, and great technical striking. Even though he lost his last 2 fights in 2020 he brought his fighting spirit to the octagon. You can never count him out.

How does Max Holloway win?
He needs to use his range and combinations with Calvin Kattar. I have not seen Calvin Kattar on his back or struggle to stand back up so I would be curious to see if Max decides to use some clinching and dirty boxing to wear Kattar down. If possible take him to the ground and make him work to stand back up.

How does Calvin Kattar get the win?
There is no secret with Calvin Kattar, he has power in that right hand. His striking is accurate, and very technical as well. He needs to pressure Max, take the center of the octagon and force Max to fight off the cage. Use the distance and unload that right hand for the KO!

It's going to be an exciting fight to watch! Fireworks!!! Can’t Wait!!!
